Phillip was the most helpful sales rep we have had so far. He went every step with us above and beyond to set up our account with Frontier and met all our needs to have our internet and TV working without problems. We highly recommend him. Very professional specialist.

I was thinking about switching internet provider for quite some time now. Glad I did. Henry made the transition very simple. He's very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and I didn't feel pressured to switch whatsoever. If I had any further questions or concerns he told me to just reach out to him. So far so good. Every time I reached out to him he responded back in a timely manner. Thanks Henry good job!

Great experience with Stacy shes amazing! I found the process to be smooth for the most part. She trouble shoots pretty quickly and Clearly explains the application process as well as answers and all of our questions. Stacy was very professional, helpful, patient and easy to work with. I love that i Don’t feel immense pressure to join but comfortable enough to actually consider speaking with my partner to switch internet providers. Whoever has her as a rep should consider themselves lucky.
