⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional customer service from Look Our Way! I purchased an Inflatable Tube Man costume on Amazon and it arrived missing the battery pack. I called Look Our Way after business hours and was shocked (in the best way!) to receive a personal text from Hakeem minutes later asking how he could help. Hakeem assured me the issue would be handled and passed my information to customer service. The next morning, Rose called right away, walked me through filing an Amazon warranty claim, and personally monitored it. Within two hours, the replacement part had already shipped. This level of responsiveness and care is rare. Look Our Way clearly empowers their employees to take care of customers—and Hakeem and Rose are outstanding representatives. If you’re looking for inflatable tube men, air dancers, or inflatable advertising, I highly recommend Look Our Way. Top-notch company and service!
