**SCAM ALERT AT THIS WAREHOUSE **. I am a truck driver who came to pick up a scheduled load today at this warehouse. When I was approached by the assigned loading employee, I backed up into the dock and removed my load locks, I had 5. I was told to put it inside the door of the warehouse where I would dock. Then the employee told me that if I wanted the load locks placed after my trailer was loaded it would require a $20 cash tip. I declined. After I was loaded, I pulled my trailer forward, placed 4 load locks to secure my load and placed one on the floor of my trailer. I then went to pull my truck further forward, when I came to the back to close my trailer doors after 2 minutes my load lock on the floor, and one that was secured already was gone! I went into the warehouse and asked the employee where my locks where, no help! Then I saw my 2 load locks on the side where I had them before but not obviously visible anymore. I picked them up and put them back in my trailer and locked my doors. Within 2 minutes they stole my load locks! The driver in the dock next to me saw my frustration, I told him what happened and he said it happened to him before and they offered him the same load locks for $15-$20!!! I complained to the office staff and told them what happened and they didn’t say anything, horrible attitude! BEWARE! They steal the load lock and then after sell them to drivers that don’t have them!
