Scorpion

Scorpion has great people who are working there! They have good expertise, consistency and good customer service. However the way their system built is not what I am happy about. Too many focus on automation while limiting custom approach to company’s marketing goals. Also the website platform they use is terrible and unfortunately no decent designers. But this is something their employees cant fix. 5 star for people who worked with me and 2 star for management who actually reached out for my feedback using automated email and when I responded with my feedback did not even bother to follow up or prove that they actually care.

I am so happy I took the “leap of faith” and joined up with Scorpion. From the very first day the have exceeded my expectations. Ben, and Justin have been phenomenal. I have already had an increase in calls and my Google listing has jumped to first page. This is only two weeks after new website launch. I would give Ben and Justin 10 stars if I could.

We've been with Scorpion for about four years now, and they've been great every step of the way. The integration with ServiceTitan has been smooth and really helped us streamline things. Since teaming up with them, our pay-per-click costs have gone down, and our Google presence has gone way up. We also love how transparent everything is — we can easily see where our marketing budget is going and the results we're getting. Overall, Scorpion has been an awesome partner, and we couldn't be happier with the results!
