I honestly don't know what to think about Uptown Studios. One of my businesses is very ready for some marketing help and I seamlessly booked an appointment with them using a link in an email sent to me by them. When no one showed up online seven minutes after the scheduled time, I called the office and left a message inviting them to phone me back and possibly reschedule. Nearly two days later, I haven't heard a word. Based on my experience, three stars is probably pretty generous.
