When Bob and I took over the business in 1994, I took the responsibility of handling all of the advertising. It went well for a few years but became increasingly difficult as it took too much of my time as we got busier and busier. In fact, it became overwhelming to have to deal with all of the reps from our tv, radio, print and online stations, and that doesn’t include sales calls soliciting for new biz. Finding Bruce from Ad Age was a HUGE relief! I had worked out great deals but Bruce was able to do even better, most importantly getting the best placement times for media advertising on air. My only regret was not finding Ad Age a long time ago!
