I left this comment for Marna Marketing Agency: I saw their promotion on Facebook and contacted them via message. They responded quickly. I asked for the price of business cards, and they gave me an excellent price. I sent them my logo, and they quickly designed my cards very well. They told me my cards would arrive in five days, and they did. I recommend them for their great prices, honesty, and good-quality product.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I had the husband of the wife of this company call me a dog when it was his printing source that didnt have the order ready. I was explaining the unprofessionalism although I understand things happen but we ordered 1000 business cards and needed them for an event and the woman tried to help according to her the print company she used had an issue with their printer. Her poor customer service and attitude towards me when I was upset about what happened speaking to her she explained she didnt want to go back and forth and that "things happen." She did give me a refund of 25.00 of the 75.00 for the fee however, I did have to go pick them up as well. The business cards were supposed to be 3-5 days. Needless to say the cards were done after a week we didn't have them for our event. The fact that this company lacked customer service for their customer for what happened was upsetting and the name calling of a customer. I support a lot of local family own businesses and I do not recommend them if you want good service or things to be done in a timely fashion or called out of your name.
