Unico Connections

The greatest experience with Antonio and Tamara who from the moment we start taking till the signing of the contract were nothing but a pleasure. Can wait to get the service installed and use it. Had to update - better late than ever- (I forgot I did a great review, but...) I learned not to post a review until I get and use the service or the item. Nothing but trouble since the service started, Antonio didn't stay behind as he promised, and Frontier customer service made it easy to quit. No professionalism at all.

My neighborhood has had only one choice of high speed internet providers (Spectrum) for a decade. Frontier fiber is legit miles better (up/down) and cheaper. The rep who signed me up was Kevin and I have to say he is a true go getter who was the perfect combination of aggressiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and post-sale follow up service. Old school customer service in the best possible way.

Sam was excellent in helping me both sign up for Frontier internet and schedule follow up appointments when I ran into a few small technical issues with the installation. It is thanks to her help that I now have significantly better internet than I had with a previous company. I’m super grateful!
