Jose Gaspar came to my door right as I had reached my frustration level and was about to smash my Frontier router with a hammer. I was sooooo frustrated after ditching Dish Network to go 100% streaming and all I was getting was constant buffering. He quickly let me know that all the workers I've seen around my neighborhood are installing fiber (finally!!) and that I can now upgrade. I invited him inside, it was freezing cold that night and he was obviously on foot. Jose explained the process and all my options very clearly and we made a deal. I had to reach out to him a few days later because I hadn't been contacted for the install, within minutes I had an appointment. Sergio came and installed, was at my house 2 hours or so and I now have the fastest internet I've ever had. Jose sent me a follow-up text a few days after to see how the install went, which I did not expect at all!! I am extremely impressed with Jose's work ethic, sense of urgency, attention to detail and all around amazing customer service. You don't see that very often these days so he was, and is, definitely a breath of fresh air. He is an incredible asset to your team!! Give that man a raise, it's well deserved. Thank you, Margie C.

Jose Gaspar was very professional and approachable. His Communication skills were detailed and informational regarding what Frontier provides, system set up and cost savings compared to our current provider with spectrum. Jose was able to provide optimal options that would fit our budget. We signed. Looking forward to see how great our service will be.

Re: Seth Bingham Frontier Sales Rep. I realize it’s a bit past business hours but I did not want to let another day go by without sending a message of commendation for Seth B. The transition from Spectrum to Frontier/Direct TV was a bit daunting as we had 3 boxes in 3 rooms and 2 people in the house are fixed on their pre set channels from Latin America. Long story, short. Seth’s customer service was exceptional, he initially made me aware that we were paying an additional $60 a month for the cable boxes. No land lines or inclusive cell phone package and the the monthly costs had creeped up without my knowledge.
