Nick, Ben, and Matt have all been incredible partners throughout the entire process, from the first pitch through the most exacting details in the closing weeks, which can often be the most grueling. We know we asked a lot of the team, but the extra push and the final polish made all the difference. They made us feel heard at every stage, stayed positive and helpful no matter how small the request, and remained fully engaged and responsive. In my honest opinion, this level of service and communication can be obtained for $200–300 in many international markets, yet they charged over $6,500 with poor responsiveness and no actual delivery. I hired Lemonlight Media Inc. in February 2026 for a 3-5 minute military-style demo video for DoD grants. From my very first email on February 9 and follow-up on February 10, I explicitly asked whether they had experience with 2025 Q3-Q4 government funding / DoD grant videos and requested to see portfolio examples or past work from the assigned creator. I repeated this request at least 5 times in subsequent emails. To date, they have provided zero portfolios, zero past examples, and zero verification of the creator’s qualifications. The initial proposal they delivered was completely off-topic and did not match my requirements at all. I then requested a change to qualified personnel. They refused without any justification. Instead of addressing my requests, their team sent multiple identical template emails insisting on calls/meetings, even after I clearly stated three times that I would not proceed without first seeing proof of qualifications. This caused significant waste of my time and delayed my critical grant application deadline. In my honest opinion, this level of service and communication can be obtained for $200–300 in many international markets, yet they charged over $6,500 with poor responsiveness and no actual delivery. As of February 24, 2026, I have still not received any refund or substantive response despite formally terminating the contract. I strongly advise other businesses to be extremely cautious before working with Lemonlight. Always demand to see relevant portfolio examples and qualified personnel proof before signing and paying. I will update this review if they process the full refund promptly.
