The Small Business Diary appeared on my fyp on Tiktok and their logo and content caught my eyes. I navigated to the page and saw that she (Taylor) did website refreshes. I reached out to her via her website to inquire about getting my website refurbished and a new logo. We had a zoom call the next day to go over the details of what I wanted, and she began her task right away. She keep me abreast of details, gave feedback and was upfront of time and cost. We went back and forth on my logo (as I’m very picky) until she nailed it. Within 3 days, everything was complete. When she revealed my website to me, I started to cry. It was everything I wanted and more. It looks so professional and good and it matches my style perfectly. Taylor is a gem and I wish her business well. I would highly recommend her service and she is deserves every 5 star given.

Taylor was GREAT! She sparked things within me that had me thinking in a new way about my business. She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field. She even educated me on SEO and ALT tags (something I payed no attention to previously) which is VERY important to your website. I recommend her and her business to anyone ✅💯 …

I had the pleasure of working with Taylor for rebranding my business & also giving my website a facelift. Taylor took my ideas I was unable to articulate and came up with an awesome strategy. The final results exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much. I look forward to working with Taylor again on another project. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
