Nova Management

Brandon O, the salesman who came to my door was fantastic. When he first knocked on my door I was tempted to tell him I wasn’t interested without hearing what he had to say because I’m not into soliciting. However I decided to take the time to listen to what he had to offer. With no pressure, he let me know the deals he can offer me and how exactly the whole process works. I needed some time to consider it as doing it by door was new to me and he told me no problem to give me time to consider it. He answered all the questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on to make a fully informed decision. After some thought I called him back and he was able to sign me up. I am very satisfied with the experience thanks to Brandon. Most others, I would have turned away

We had a great experience with Abriana, who came door to door and helped sign my husband up for AT&T Fiber Optic. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The process was smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated her excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with Abriana!
