I went in yesterday evening, only to find out That they were closed. I missed it by a couple minutes, one of the employees opened up the door then said, come on in. We'll take care of you. Excellent customer service. You don't see that in too many stores anymore.
I had Staples do a printing job for my Christmas cards. The employee who helped me was wonderful and guided me through the whole process! The cards came out perfectly! I liked them so much I did another order to have the photo put on mugs!
Staples came through for me. I ordered holiday cards. They came back next day as promised. Quality was good and so was the price. I usually order from that other company that ends in fly, but I like Staples got it to me faster. Price was good too! This Fairfield location always has good customer service. I have moved and hope the service is as good in my new city.
