County of Orange Social Services Agency - Anaheim Regional Center

pretty long wait... no help... SPECIAL caseworker who is officed remoteanddoes not respond to calls or HSS email. UNACCEPTABLE.

I had visions of mass chaos and mean workers. I was shocked at how nice staff was and how fast things moved. Christine window 22 is the best. When work is conducted with this kind of concern, compassion and good humor, it rises to the level of service to your fellow man. They literally put me in a great mood. 🙌 Did NOT see that coming.

I am Hyejin choi After several phone calls, I was able to get help with my paperwork today. Thanks to the perfect help of Cindy and Sun Wook, who helped with the interpretation, the work that had been going on for three months seems to be coming to an end. Cindy was very kind and explained everything step by step, and Sun Wook conveyed my feelings with his excellent skills. I can't express all my gratitude, but I am deeply grateful for both of you for your sincerity and professional work. Thank you very much.
