Diya came by just after I was getting ticked with Telus. She was great to deal with and because of her, I signed up to switch providers. I have reached out to Diya a couple of times and I'm very impressed with how fast she has helped me out. I wish more people were as good to deal with as Diya.

Re Manjyot Gill Typically I don’t have much time for door to door salespeople but this time, with Manjyot, there was something different. I don’t recall what she initially said but I wanted to hear more. I was frustrated with my Telus Optic reception and with everything about by 8 month experience with Telus internet. I had been a Shaw customer for 25+ years and regretted switching to Telus, even though they were substantially cheaper than my previous Shaw fee. I guess you get what you pay for. Manjyot listened attentively and then responded with solutions. Her friendly manner, low key approach and very professional presentation was most appreciated. Once again, I am a happy Shaw customer. I had a great experience with Rogers through Diya. She is an excellent salesperson who really knows how to explain everything clearly. Diya goes step by step, making sure I understand all the details and that I’m fully confident with my choice before moving forward. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t rush or pressure — instead, she takes the time to listen, answer every question, and give honest advice. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process simple and stress-free.
