I am not a customer but I was trying to become one. I reached out to twin creek and they got back to me the following morning, very timely response. Thomas reached out to me and explained that one of their core values is that they will only work with one entity per industry in any given area. This is a huge green flag, even though really I am being declined here (😂), because they are turning down potential revenue/paying customers due to already servicing someone in that industry. This is people over profit being lived out in the truest sense and showed the enormous amount of loyalty that is so rare when money/profit enters the equation. Good on you guys. And if whomever is reading this review is on the fence about a marketing firm, they have with just one email set themselves apart from the competition.
