They don't provide customer support, they don't answer messages, they don't meet deadlines, and they don't deliver what they promise. They should take on fewer customer requests so they can serve everyone with excellence; they serve many and don't give them the proper attention. Improve yourselves!
Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with them. I hired the company based on several marketing promises for my business, but unfortunately they are very slow, don't pay attention to the customer, and to this day I'm still waiting for them to send me pending materials, and nothing has been sent! In short, they need to mature a lot.
Terrible experience!!! After paying everything, they don't respond, they don't send the produced materials, and they exceed all possible deadlines!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
