Terrible experience. The worst possible. Run away from this company! We hired Dgaz to manage our Google ads and after three months I decided to cancel the service. The expectation of having a specialized, client-focused, and fast agency (here it was known as D"va"Gaz) was completely frustrated. Technically they claim to be specialists with various certifications; but in practice, they outsourced the service to a freelancer who wasn't even an employee of the agency (in fact, according to the owner himself, everyone there is a freelancer). Absurd. The campaign had conceptual and briefing errors (which was very poorly done and without any direct contact with the person executing the work), which could have been corrected if there had been communication. But making these adjustments was never possible, even trying to contact the agency owner directly. Certainly, the fact that the person responsible for the campaign was not an employee of the company was decisive for this lack of contact and alignment. The customer service area does not function as a bridge between Dgaz and the client, but as a barrier that prevents communication; This reflects the attitude of the company owner, who only shows up when it's time to sell. Finally, after the cancellation, they removed the freelancer from the project, and my campaign was practically abandoned for the last 15 days (see Google's change history). I asked for a discount due to the work not done, and besides not talking or admitting what they (didn't) do, they sent a bill for a measly R$ 934.00 to the notary. Can you believe it? I could write pages and pages about the terrible quality of this company, but I'm not going to waste any more time on that. Here is my testimony as a former client. Run away! Dgaz is an arrogant and complacent company, with no interest in the client's results or opinion. They only want clients who don't demand or question, and this clearly reflects the attitude of the "leadership" of this "company". And i

I highly recommend them! The team did an amazing job with the Google Ads campaigns. We saw results in the first few months: more website traffic, more contacts, and a real increase in leads for my business. They explain everything clearly, are accessible, organized, and deliver on their promises. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the constant optimizations to the campaigns. You can see they understand the subject matter and are committed to the client's performance. It was well worth the investment. You can trust them! And a big hug to everyone on the team!

We hired DGAZ's marketing services focusing on SEO and Google Ads, and we couldn't be happier. From the first contact, the service was extremely professional, with active listening and customized strategies for our niche. The team demonstrated deep technical knowledge and delivered results above expectations in a short time. Our website quickly rose in Google's rankings, qualified traffic increased, and Google Ads campaigns were optimized with a focus on performance and return on investment. In addition, we received clear reports and frequent alignment meetings, which shows commitment to transparency and results. If you are looking for a serious agency or consultancy with a strategic vision and a real focus on conversion and growth, this is the right choice. I highly recommend it to any company that wants to stand out in the digital world with quality and efficiency!
