I was surprised to receive prospecting messages from this company on my personal phone, even though I never registered, authorized contact, or had any kind of interaction with them. This means my data was obtained completely improperly—the infamous "data breach," which serious companies avoid at all costs. Besides the lack of ethics, the approach demonstrates total unpreparedness and zero professionalism. Instead of investing in legitimate marketing, they choose to practice the most invasive and outdated type of "prospecting": appearing on the WhatsApp of people who have never heard of them. If this is how they initiate contact, I can only imagine what to expect from the rest of their services. I do not recommend them. Companies that respect their customers start by respecting their data.
