Neoenergia Brasília - Paranoá

My experience with the company has been awful; they don't meet the deadlines they promise. I've been waiting almost 15 days for them to connect the electricity to the building, and so far we haven't received any feedback. We're already on the third deadline and the situation is still not resolved.

This company is completely incompetent and disrespectful. We've been without power for over 10 business days because of them, and they even connected the meter to the wrong apartment! They promised to fix it several times, but nothing has happened so far. It's outrageous negligence; they have absolutely no responsibility towards their customers. It's shameful to depend on such a USELESS company.

Terrible experience, the place was packed and there was only one attendant, many people needed priority service, elderly people, people with special needs, and the attendant said there was no manager and they couldn't do anything. Having only one attendant for the population of an entire city is disrespectful.
