I requested circular and rectangular stickers, both 5cm wide. The circular sticker arrived the correct size, while the rectangular sticker was about 15cm wide, completely wrong. And the overall print quality is terrible, full of flaws. Very poor service, 40 reais wasted.

Garbage printing company, don't waste your time! One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I requested a sticker printing service, paid the requested amount upfront, and they asked for two business days for delivery. I tried contacting them several times via WhatsApp and called the store multiple times, but they never answered. So, seven days after placing the order, I decided to go to the store in person. I told them I wanted them to print my sticker or refund me without the money. A very rude bald guy told me that they couldn't refund my money immediately or print my sticker, but that they could refund me at the end of the day. I didn't accept that; I only went there when they refunded my money. After a lot of arguing and shouting, The bald guy said he didn't need my money, that it was peanuts to him. Garbage printing company, requesting a service there is guaranteed to cause headaches. While I was there, two other customers arrived with the same problem of delays. Garbage printing company.

Don't hire their services before checking the reviews. I didn't, and I got screwed. How is this company still open? It's awful. It took more than a month to receive something simple, and when I finally got it, the whole thing was terrible. The papers were badly cut, some with horrible printing. I just took it and left; I didn't want to bother anymore. I'd rather just go to another print shop. I gave up. And the customer service on WhatsApp is terrible; you send a message and they don't reply. What's the point of having WhatsApp then? How can this place still be open with such terrible service and quality? Luckily, I spent little money. I don't even want to go near that place. And a print shop that doesn't even have glue? They're kidding me. This is the worst print shop ever. Stay away so you don't waste your time and money. If I had seen the reviews, I would have run. Lesson learned.
