Turistička agencija DIV Travel Banja Luka

Yesterday's trip to Makarska was perfect, the bus is comfortable, the trip went without any problems! Every praise for the agency and the staff, the people are kind, good and ready to negotiate! Special praise and gratitude to the young driver who is very kind, cultured and unlike most drivers ready to please the passengers in everything! Also praise for Ljiljana, the group leader, the woman is a dragon in her job. In a word, people are the top tandem in this business! Next time we will go with you again for sure!

The bus was extremely uncomfortable. Most of the seats were broken – in some the backrest fell back on its own during the ride, while in others it was permanently folded down and could not be raised. The seats were arranged in such a way that there was very little legroom, and the aisle between them was narrow and impractical. The overall impression was that the vehicle was outdated and completely unsuitable for normal comfort. Due to this experience, I would not choose this travel agency in the future, nor would I recommend it to others. I believe that in the future more attention should be paid to the quality and serviceability of the buses, so that passengers have at least the basic conditions of comfort and safety. I am sincerely sorry because the excursions are great, but you spend a lot of time on the bus and its condition is important.

Top service. Drivers and guide are top notch. The organization of the trip is top notch. Every recommendation for the agency.
