Absolutely terrible across the board. Poor service, no follow-up, and they call themselves "Professional"! Avoid this company at all costs; it's a complete zero.
The worst experience imaginable for one of my clients. No response whatsoever, the need to resort to legal threats to get even the slightest service, let alone the most basic follow-up, incompetent telephone staff who don't understand the technical questions being asked, failure to honor the initial contract (they registered the DNS in their own name instead of my client's), and refusal to collaborate with other providers. I strongly advise you to avoid PixFactory.
