id.agency : Agence WEB et SEO à Liège

I strongly advise against using this SEO agency. They impose a one-year, non-cancellable contract, even if you're not satisfied. In Belgium, even insurance companies have stopped these kinds of abusive practices! For a year, you have to pay every month without seeing any real results, and in the end, they simply tell you that "SEO never guarantees results." A very disappointing experience and a complete lack of transparency and honesty. I regret having trusted this agency.

Update: However, I would like to reiterate a crucial point: You have never had access to my website (neither login credentials, nor hosting, nor back-office). Therefore, I don't understand how you could have performed "technical optimizations" or "content changes" directly on my site, as you claim. To clarify the situation, I ask you to: Specify precisely what actions were allegedly performed on my site, since you were never granted access. Resend me the complete and detailed list you referred to in your email of March 5, 2024. Send tangible evidence of the work performed, including: screenshots, created content (texts, articles, pages), actual backlinks with URLs, technical optimization reports, any measurable intervention. ---- Previous message: Very bad experience with ID Agency This SEO agency is absolutely to be avoided. They make you sign a one-year contract that's binding and cannot be canceled, even if no results are visible. We paid for five months for nothing: no serious follow-up, no proof of work, and above all, no improvement on Google. When we asked them for explanations about their work, they simply replied that it was "a secret formula," without giving any concrete details. It's a well-organized scam; they know very well how to trap clients with unfair terms. A company to avoid if you don't want to waste your money and your time.

We entrusted the management of our social media to id.agency, and their work is very professional: clear planning, regular content, and excellent responsiveness. Their posts are consistent with our brand image, and the team offers relevant ideas. I highly recommend them.
