I made an appointment by phone to get some information, and I received all the details I needed. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. I recommend going there to learn more about your rights!
If I could give it a lower rating, I would. The customer service is terrible, the opening hours are inconvenient (you can only contact them by phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays), they don't reply to emails, and the woman on the phone is condescending as soon as you finally manage to get through. In short, avoid them.
The ladies are incredibly kind and caring; they take the time to explain everything and re-explain if necessary. The contact hours seemed inconvenient to me, but they call back/respond very quickly when you send an email. The organization and support for my loan were impeccable.
