They never answer the phone. Theoretically, you can call them from 1 PM to 3:30 PM, but it's impossible to get through after an hour (2 x 30 minutes) of waiting! Then the answering machine says, "The wait time is very long, please call back later," and hangs up. They really think we're idiots!
The CAPAC is never reachable by phone and not even by the online form. The ONEM authorized my November payment, and I still haven't received it. They should be concerned that there are people who need to pay their bills and rent on time.
Yes, I can confirm... it's impossible to call or email them... the only option is to go there in person or use the contact form, and it takes at least a week to reply. Over five months of temporary unemployment, they're missing documents that were uploaded to the social security system... I have to go there in person, wasting half a day... damn it, this is what my taxes are for! My other colleagues who are also at the Charleroi or Namur offices have no problems.
