Apparently nothing has changed in 5 years. People have been complaining for 5 years that nobody answers the phone, and it's still the same mess: 2 x 20 minutes on your damn answering machine, only to end up with nobody there.
Run away!! Antipathy, unprofessionalism, and nonchalance. Incredible aggression in their emails. Based on baseless accusations and subjective conclusions from these staff members.
I wanted to express my gratitude to the staff. My French isn't perfect, I'm still learning, and they were very understanding. They made me feel included and comfortable. That means a lot to me, thank you!
