PROPCO Immobilier - Syndic de Copropriété, Gestion, Location, Vente

Delighted with this agency: transparency, easy communication, quick responses, relevant advice, and hassle-free management. Thanks to Marc.

Take very good care! The repairs cost €80,000 due to the damage caused by the hidden fungus (dry rot)!!! When we visited the apartment, all the windows were open, and it was impossible for us to smell the fungus. We also asked about the dampness in the bathroom, but the company assured us it was due to the tenants having just showered. We had to live away from home for several months, wasted dozens of hours with insurance adjusters and contractors, and lost tens of thousands of euros… I strongly advise you to hire an expert to avoid this kind of disaster!

We found a place to rent through Propco a couple of month ago. Marc knows the local market well and provides an efficient service, very professional and friendly, with great communication. There are many estate agents out there who you know are focused on the commission, so finding one who was able to truly listen and help was invaluable. I would like to give 10 gold stars to this company as they were beyond excellent. Thank you again!
