Webcom Pay – сервис управления контекстной рекламы

Thanks to Alena Pavlova for her prompt response and expert advice on transferring funds in the advertising account, as well as for the instructions on adding a new employee to the advertising account!

We work with Webcom Group on contextual advertising and are pleased with the results. The staff is attentive to our project and always points us in the right direction. I'd especially like to thank technical specialist Alexander Krivets and manager Maria Lapitskaya for their work. I highly recommend Webcom!

I've noticed some serious integration issues with Webcom Pay. Google Ads doesn't have an administrator mode for users—you have to create a separate manager account, which adds unnecessary steps. The situation with Meta Events Manager is particularly annoying: you can't connect CAPI directly, nor can you integrate anything through the BM. You have to create a new account and pixel. There are some issues with support: managers constantly call about minor details (settings clarifications, status updates), insisting on phone discussions only, without any written correspondence. This slows down processes, and there's no history for the team. UPDATE: The managers sent instructions to bypass their restrictions, so it's possible to work with this, but you should keep this in mind when planning.
