In 2021, no one (!) at the company responds after 6 PM on weekdays or weekends. When we transferred a Facebook account at Webcom's initiative, they haven't been able to properly configure user rights for a week now, and now that it's a weekend, we haven't been able to spend our budget or do targeting for three days. We'll spend the remaining money and move to another company. -- UPDATE: I don't want to lecture anyone on how to work. Employees definitely need to rest, and ours do too. If you had a) fulfilled your transfer obligations on time, then I wouldn't have had to write to you on Saturday, and people wouldn't have had to run ads on Saturday evenings. b) Ads can run 24/7, and there are dedicated staff for that. But that's your right, I've learned my lesson. P.S. By the way, you didn't respond to my email on Friday. It was only after I started contacting every (!) available channel that I received a response, but the issue wasn't fully resolved.

We've been working with Webcom since April 2024. We started with contextual advertising, and later brought in the SEO team. I'd like to express my deep gratitude to both teams for their thorough understanding of the project, competitor analysis, and work as if they were working for themselves.
