I ordered a gift set for a kindergarten. Everything was very fast, and most importantly, the delivery was thoughtful and thoughtful. The design turned out very cute, and each candy was individually wrapped with a different message. I'll be ordering from them again—I highly recommend them.

1. We submitted a request for corporate gifts and were assured over the phone that a quote would be sent immediately. Two days later, nothing has been sent and no call back. 2. We wanted to order branded chocolate. They demanded payment without approving the layout, without even sending a contract (!!! On what basis should we pay? Your word of honor?). The layout took three days to complete, "making an exception" (apparently less-than-VIP clients are even luckier). The layout did NOT meet a single point of the technical specifications. No one at this company knows that it is impossible to draw up a protocol of disagreements without a contract, and we never saw one.

This was our second time ordering chocolate gift sets for New Year's. The design they suggested was the most suitable and matched well with the company logo. We spoke with Katerina, who was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. We wish them success in their creative business!
