A landing page was created, SEO measures were implemented, and Google Ads were run. According to the agency, the traffic was promising. Unfortunately, one crucial result was completely absent: there wasn't a single conversion, meaning not a single purchase of the product. When I brought this up, I expected a collaborative search for solutions. Instead, the communication became noticeably more formal. Detailed explanations were provided, including the assessment that the product might be too expensive. To investigate this claim, I set my price below that of the competition. However, this had absolutely no impact on the result. What particularly disappointed me was the lack of willingness to react flexibly to the situation. The communication shifted from initially open and approachable to businesslike and impersonal. Instead of discussing alternative solutions, I was referred to the contractual terms; early termination or adjustment was not possible. I had to formally terminate the contract and make the agreed payments until the end of its term, even though the measure had no discernible effect. I understand that not every marketing measure can necessarily lead to success. However, what's crucial for me is how a provider handles it when it's clear that no effect is being achieved. While goodwill isn't mandatory in such cases, it demonstrates whether the customer is treated as an equal. Especially when the contact originates
