Online-Marketing-Agentur Mag. Martin Figge

Beware of Overconfidence – A Strong Warning There are agencies that advise clients. And there are agencies that advise themselves – Figure seems to prefer the latter. Anyone who comes with a different opinion or offers constructive suggestions is not invited, but rather excluded. Discussion? Forget it. Dialogue? Unwelcome. Here, only the agency's perspective counts – anything else is perceived as disruptive. This isn't collaborative work; it's a monologue driven by a power struggle. The agency seems – with all due respect – to consider itself superior to clients, former clients, and even outsiders, without ever having sought a conversation. And those who are no longer clients apparently have to expect to be discredited behind their backs. This has nothing to do with professionalism; it's simply toxic. Those who ignore karma will eventually face the consequences – and perhaps that moment has arrived. Because those who think they have to attack others without self-reflection will end up standing alone. Anyone wondering whether to work with this agency should ask themselves one crucial question: Do I want to work with someone who doesn't seek honest dialogue but prefers to judge? I, for one, recommend that everyone take a thorough look before making a decision – because behind attractive marketing, an attitude can lurk that has little to do with genuine service. Those who believe they are always right have often forgotten how to listen. And that is – in every industry – a serious warning sign.
