I wish I had found Desre and Blue Flame Social sooner. Desre's knowledge of Facebook is amazing and I knew I was in the right hands to sort out my Facebook business page. Desre assisted our small organsiation with an audit of our Meta Business Account, after we ended up lost and confused amongst the settings, unsure of how best to establish and assign staff user access, for our various needs and requirements. Desre was very patient and stepped us through each stage of the process, identifying any potential issues and resolving them on the spot. She took time to explain in plain English the various business assets within the portfolio, and recommeded the staff access rights based on our requirements and the org structure, and security measures and settings to mitigate any risk.
