Arizona Billboard Company

Kathy was wonderful and polite, thank you for being so professional!

Very poor phone educate.. lady named Kathy answering phones very hateful I have never rented a billboard so I thought i could call and ask for a price on a spot.. Kathy asked for my email , I honestly didn't want spam. Or junkmail... so I said Ididn't have one she Informed me that it was so she can send me pricing Information and so the sales rep could give me more information.. she also stated he probably won't do business with me if I didn't provide it also her exact words were "if you don't want to give me your email than you probably don't want to do business with us .." just a heads up ... don't waste your time .. I called Becker boards and spoke to Jason very friendly guy

I just read prior review as I am thinking of doing business with this company. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the woman that answered the phone but she was very friendly and personable. I left a msg with her for a sales person to please call me. I don't like to see a company receive a bad rating just based upon one phone call or one person, mostly when no actual business has been conducted.
