Automation Agency

Ashley did an excellent job of introducing me to Keap. I had initially been expecting a simple tour of the system, but she took me through and helped build multiple campaigns, which we were able to implement on the spot. Top-notch service and coaching!

These guys are the real deal After working with Jason and team I was able to cut my staff by 50% and increase profits dramatically !! They have Automated 2 of my 5 companies so far and I can’t wait to get my other 3 completed with them !!

Running a small business that excels at providing superior customer service is challenging.  Finding the right balance between human interaction and utilizing the benefits of AI can feel overwhelming.  Jason Benedict at Automation Agency helped me walk through this process and created a plan that let me get started right away and continue to improve as I fine-tune the human/AI balance.  Immediately, I saw results in two key areas.  First, visitors to my website engaged with my AI chatbot and booked meetings.  No longer did they have to fill out a form and wait for me to call or email them back.  It removed a step in the process, improving the customer experience.  Second, my AI phone agent can answer questions and, if I am on another call, can schedule a meeting for me.  No longer do I have to worry about being on a call, in a meeting, or on a plane and hoping someone calling in leaves a message. The process is efficient for the customer and gives me peace of mind that I am not missing out on opportunities as my business continues to grow.
