Ascedia Inc

You can count on Ascedia. I have worked with the knowledgeable team there for many years because they deliver and know how to get things done. They are very easy to work with. The years of experience definitely showed through with our project being on time and on budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their website build or redesign.

We have been working with Ascedia for a little over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. We switched our business from a larger out-of-state firm that merely treated us like a contributor to a budget and not as a customer. Ascedia’s approach was refreshing. They not only got to know our team, they talked about what our goals were for today and beyond. The question was never what we could do for Ascedia, it was always what could Ascedia do for us. We’ve seen nothing but positive results in areas like SEO and Google AdWords. They have taken the time to do a deep dive into our current site and suggested opportunities for improvement even though we weren’t working with them on the site performance. They truly take a holistic approach to their customer relationships and are invested in their customer’s success. A lot of firms provide lip service to that point, it is in Ascedia’s DNA. This partnership is absolutely worth the change that we made!

Lifesavers After undergoing a website rebuild, we ran into technical issues while counting down to launch day. We needed help fast. That’s when Ascedia came in. Within a short time, they were able to diagnose the issues and provide a plan to move forward. Their talented team filled in the gaps, providing hands-on help, strategic advice, and training. Once they started their work, the project never hit another snag. I slept a lot better knowing they were on the project. And I would use them again in a minute.
