Relevant Media LLC

We got called by Relevant Media to be featured on Facebook and we have been using them for a couple of months now. I was skeptical at first but since there was no contracts we gave it a shot. I am actually really happy with the results that we have received. Our bookings have doubled since we started doing these ads. They clearly know how to do this a lot better than what I was trying to do on my own.

Relevant Media created my ads and launched them, but I had to stop them. The quality of the ads was poor. They use stock photos for their ads. I had to create the ads for them, and I paid Relevant Media a $95 setup fee. The original ads they created did not have a call to action or elicit a response that would peak a response. Also, the original pictures did not even match my business. Relevant Media will even tell you that they will interview you and check out your content to see if they can help. What was the result of the ads? Robocalls. I could have done the same thing myself, but with better pictures. The good news is that they did cancel my subscription without an argument. It is just that I could have done more with what I invested to Relevant Media elsewhere and got a better return of investment.

I worked with an amazing sales rep named Veronica. She walked me the through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. She has definitely gone above and beyond, taking all my followed up calls and patiently answering further questions. When you call this company, be sure to ask for Veronica.
