Amazing!!! I reached out to a few different places and send emails of what I was looking for in a brochure for my business. That same evening, Maximize Creative Agency had already emailed me over an example to look at! Many other places got back to me AFTER this company already had my brochure finished. Amazing service, prices and friendly, I highly recommend!

Will and his team are not only great at what they do, but he’s very patient! Cant count how many times I’ve asked to clarify things again, constant switch ups with fb ad generating companies, ect. He actually cares about helping small businesses. I appreciate how understanding he is with working with a start up business and riding along with all the growing pains. Definitely highly recommend.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share my experience in a clear and honest way. I worked with Will Maximize for about a year and a half, and I truly tried to be patient and trust the process. I know SEO takes time, and I really hoped things would improve as he had promised. In the beginning, I was told I would receive certain services within the package I signed up for. As time went on, I was told that some of those services were no longer included because his prices had increased, even though I had originally locked in at my agreed price with those services promised. I tried to be understanding, but it was difficult. Throughout our time working together, I didn’t see the growth or improvements I was expecting. I was told that work was being done on my site, but unfortunately the results weren’t there. I did keep screenshots of our conversations documenting ongoing issues and services that were promised but not completed, not with the intention to be negative, but because I was trying to understand what was happening. The hardest part for me was when I was charged for a month of service after being told my site was already “finished,” and then the services for that month were never provided. Despite reaching out multiple times and kindly asking for a refund for the work that wasn’t completed, it still hasn’t been resolved. I was also told several times that I was receiving leads from his work, but that didn’t match my actual results. I can count how many came through, and most of my traction came from my own marketing efforts. I’m not writing this to be rude or hurtful. I genuinely wish this had been a positive experience, especially after being reassured so many times that things would get better. It just didn’t turn out that way for me, and that’s disappointing. I hope sharing my experience can help others make an informed decision.
