I didn't even bother ordering! I called to ask about the terms and conditions and how to order advertising (this is my first time using an advertising agency for advertising). I ended up getting so much criticism that I didn't even want to call back. Fortunately, there are many other companies in Dnipro that provide services in this area. I had to add this part of the review because I couldn't find a place to comment on your response. I didn't call on a weekend or a holiday. And I didn't waste your "manager's" time; I work too and only call during business hours. Please don't confuse people! Don't write back; constructive criticism can help identify weaknesses in your company!!! Your "manager" is simply rude and tactless. When I asked about advertising opportunities, she said, "How do I know you're a legitimate company?" Isn't there any way to request documents? Or do you not work under contracts and don't vet the companies you work with? If that's true, then you're even worse off than I first thought. And I'm not entirely sure whether you carry work phones or use personal ones. How could I possibly call and get through to your manager on a weekend, especially on a holiday? It's ridiculous, honestly... Your comment further underscores your level of skill!

I placed a large order for industrial equipment to be covered with Oracal film. They worked efficiently, responded quickly to order changes, and were accommodating with logistics. Thank you for the excellent work, I'll be using them again.

The rating is below average. They couldn't calculate the cost of the banner order for a very long time. The layouts were done well, and my requests were taken into account. And the price was very reasonable compared to other agencies. However, one of the banners is too small and doesn't fit. They haven't been able to resolve the issue for over three weeks... We're being ignored.
