Wow, I think I know why they have to spam so many prospects. And it's a red flag that the only good reviews are by the employees. Google needs to separate those. I'm sadly a client and my opinion is that this place just is not up to par. Maybe their tech is OK, but the rest will give you questions. I think they're supposed to optimize and they either just don't, or don't know how. I mean jacking up my CPM to help spend the budget is something anyone could do. I'd hope instead someone would recommend another tactic or channel to supplement what I'm doing - maybe that's a more expensive package, I have no idea. Just a lot of disappointment. It seems like a lot of their workers are just out of college or something.

After 6 months and 10k I was very displeased with the service they provided. Not only did they not explain a lead retrieval process to me for 3 months, wasting my ad spend, but their charges don't make sense and I did not see a return on my investment in any way. I have updated my review because they reached out to me to discuss what happened, which I appreciate. They also refunded me a charge that didn't make sense to me. So I was able to get more clarity on that charge and recieve the funds back. They were kind in their communication while explaining where my money went.

Was sold on the fact that my ads would appear on peoples social media when they came into my areas and never once did I see their ad appear on my own social media but my company ran their own and it showed up all the time . When I asked them about it they said the technology doesn’t support privacy laws prevent it when I showed them my companies campaign they claimed they never told me they would use social media and couldn’t explain where all the “leads” came from . I cancelled my account and they still charged me. DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE
