I had the chance to be a Google Visitor already twice and the service from their Google Staff and the experience is absolutely amazing the only negative observation i want to share is that the male receptionist which was in this Google headquarter at the 9th of June treated me sort of unfriendly giving me the feeling that as a visitor i was not welcomed at all, I'm well aware about the procedure you must have if you are visitor but probably that was not important for him. Im sure Google will gonna read our reviews and will definitely improve in this kind of issues,we are glad to have these headquaters in Zurich the location is perfect just a few minutes walk from the main railway station and easy to find.

Dear Google Europaallee, I tried to look for your office management email but I was unlucky and couldn't find it. Is there any specific reasons why you keep all your lights on during the night? unfortunately the blinders of the buildings here go up automatically as soon as it rains. That, combined with your bright corridors make it quite hard to sleep. On top of that, I believe this is not very environmentally friendly and to be frank this is also quite disappointing. Please, turn off the lights at night or at least implement sensors. It's really sad to see the lights always on when most of your employees are even working from home or sleeping. Thanks.

they always make me appear as local guide on Google maps. I have never agreed to that. I have repeatedly signed out and exited the local guide program and it never had any effect. also, Open street map is far better because it also has tiny foot pathes. And at least in bike view, Open street map does have the essential option to prefer unpaved roads. Google could easily do that: just simply track all the people walking around in nature using an Android phone, and they would have all the small food paslthes of the world in a fortnight. also, Google could ask users, if a certain road or path was beautiful, and offer an option to choose directions on Google maps for beauty, accepting that one arrives a bit slower. it would be so easy to do....
