Webtimal GmbH

After retiring, I felt the urge to take on the challenge of creating my own website. With a lot of Googling and days spent watching YouTube videos, I managed to create something quite satisfactory. It wasn't long before the first system messages started appearing… in English… full of technical jargon… I didn't understand what they were about from the very first sentence… and then nothing worked anymore. So I desperately needed help. By chance, I stumbled upon Webtimal. I called them, expecting to be told that they only offered support for websites created by Webtimal. But no: the Webtimal team helped me incredibly professionally and with great dedication. They were quick, solution-oriented, very polite, and offered a fair price. I have to say it was a very positive experience. Not only because all my problems were solved, but also because I felt truly valued and treated as a customer. Since then, Webtimal has helped me out whenever those annoying system messages popped up. I couldn't imagine better support. Many thanks to Philipp Muff and his team. You guys are fantastic. In every respect: professionally and personally.
