Hi Fadi, It's sad that you feel this way and choose to leave a low rating. For the sake of clarity, we want to give some context to those reading. You contacted us with a request for collaboration on marketing for XO Streetfood. After dialogue, we chose to decline, not because of quality, personality or ambition, but based on our internal policy on conflicts of interest. We work with several players in the restaurant and experience industry and in some cases make the assessment that new assignments may be in direct competition with existing collaborations. In those situations, we choose to refrain, even if the businesses have different owners. It is a conscious and business-like stance in order to be long-term, transparent and loyal to our customers. We respect that you may have a different view on the matter, but hope that this explains the background to our decision. We wish you and XO Streetfood continued success in the future.
