alGenio

We are very happy with alGenio. From day one, we have felt supported, with smooth communication and excellent work. We want to give a special mention to Pepe, our account manager. He is always available to help us and doesn't mind explaining things over and over until we have all our questions answered. Furthermore, he has worked with honesty and professionalism from the very beginning. Without a doubt, an incredible agency and team!

We had spent weeks desperately trying to validate and recover our domain on Meta. We opened several support cases, followed all the steps they indicated, checked the website a thousand times… and nothing worked. The domain appeared to be blocked in another business portfolio, and no one could tell us exactly what was happening or how to fix it. When we contacted alGenio, everything changed completely. And especially with Carmen, their CEO. From the very first moment, she was approachable, clear, and very professional. She listened to us, calmly analyzed the case, and, most importantly, explained in simple terms what was really happening and reassured us that they would do everything possible to recover it and provide us with a solution. What we couldn't resolve in weeks of back-and-forth with Meta, they unlocked in just a few days. Beyond the result (which is already incredible), I'm left with the peace of mind they provide, their genuine commitment, and the feeling that you're in the hands of someone who knows exactly what they're doing. If you're stuck on a technical issue with Meta and feel like no one is giving you a clear solution, seriously, talk to alGenio. Thank you, Carmen, for your help and for bringing us peace of mind when we needed it most. As I said, this year my Christmas present arrived many months early.

Thank you very much to Algenio for all their great work! We decided to start working with them as we saw that they were professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Jose Antonio, Isabel and Joaquin! Thank you very much and we hope to be able to return and work with you again in the future.
