I haven't used their services, but I want to point out something strange that happened with them. I don't know if it's part of their market research, promotion, or prospecting for new clients. I have a physiotherapy clinic, and yesterday, after 4 PM, I received a booking for a treatment scheduled for 9:30 AM today. As usual, when a patient doesn't arrive after 10 minutes, we call to confirm they're on their way or if something has happened. I called the phone number and was answered by someone from this company (it's a mobile number, not the landline listed on their website). I checked the email address, and it uses this company's domain. They told me they knew nothing about it and that no one with the name I was giving them works for them. In short, I've lost an hour of work, another patient has lost an hour of treatment because I couldn't schedule another appointment since that time slot was already booked... and nobody knows anything. Perhaps it's unfair, but I can only suspect some rather dubious practices on the part of this company... since the reservation phone number doesn't appear anywhere on the internet and it belongs to them.
