Very disappointed with the countertop installation My experience was terrible. The countertop installation was a complete botch job: the edging was poorly done, the countertop was cut directly on the cabinet, causing damage and an unacceptable finish. To top it all off, the manager was rude, unprofessional, and offered no solution to the problem. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. If you value your money and want a job well done, look for another company.

We hired a company to install a countertop, but the service was poor from the start. The delivery was delayed by almost a month with no communication, and the technician who carried out the installation lacked experience and the necessary tools. This resulted in damage to the countertop and cabinetry, and left the kitchen dirty, including the new appliances. The work was completed with numerous errors (poorly applied edging, unsealed corners), and when we complained, the manager downplayed the mistakes, claiming that "it couldn't be done any better." After we insisted, they sent the same technician, who, while redoing part of the work, caused further damage and, moreover, implied that we had done it ourselves. We presented photographic and video evidence that proved otherwise. Later, we tried to contact the manager again, without success by phone or in person, so we went directly to the store. Instead of taking responsibility, he maintained a confrontational and dismissive attitude. He reprimanded us for "making such a fuss over an €800 countertop" and called us "too much of a perfectionist," suggesting that "it shows what kind of people we are." He even claimed he should never have accepted our job and refused to do any more repairs, arguing that the work was costing him more than it was worth. Finally, he challenged us to file a complaint, saying he'd pay us "in a year or two" when the legal process was over, in a clearly arrogant tone.
