I am absolutely HORRIFIED by the way the Durban company's accounts department operates. My company has invoices still unpaid and outstanding from SEPTEMBER 2020 as well as newer invoices from AUGUST 2022 and NOBODY answers the contact numbers, and every time they promise they'll settle their invoices, new excuses and delays are invented. For a worldwide brand, I'm surprised the international offices are allowing SA the license rights when this is how they operate. I will be contacting Global offices about my situation as well as the client directly that is currently flighting illegal usage of our artists without payment.
