I don't particularly trust any producer of chicken that comes to stores despite the labels "natural, domestic, without additives, antibiotics" and the like. I buy because I don't have much choice, but this producer (very often represented in Konzum) under Croatian names such as Međimursko pile and others sells chicken that I've never seen anywhere else. Namely, chicken fillet should be the highest quality part of the meat, and therefore the highest price. Personally, I like thinly sliced ​​meat, but what PP sells is offensive and unusable for frying or roasting. Namely, the fillets are so thin, transparent that you wouldn't even cut salami like that, let alone ham! In addition, every one has a hard vein in the middle, so the quality of such meat is significantly below the level of the declaration. I really don't know what to do with such a fillet, and it's not about fish carpaccio or salmon for canapé sandwiches. Such "scams" are really annoying because there are standards for meat thickness...
