We booked the hotel with this agency, the Grand Resort in Hurghada, that I have left a separate review for (summary: once good but now badly mantained and definitely not 4*) and two trips because we thought they would be more reliable since they collaborated with the hotel. Big mistake. The first was Luxor and even though we asked and were promised an English guide, they put us on a bus with only German speaking tourists and guides. They wouldn't even tell us the logistics, that there was water on the bus etc. Plus they were explaining a lot of stuff along the way only in German which we missed. We only met our guide (thankfully he was nice) once in Luxor but the trip there was frustrating with them rudely saying IN ENGLISH how they only speak German. We had to postpone our second trip, Desert Safari, since we were sick with food poisoning and even this was difficult since they don't really answer their phone unless they need something. In the morning on the day when we were supposed to go in the end, they forgot to pick us up and we waited for more than an hour. The quad part was a disaster, you drive it in a place that is full of garbage and rocks. I was shouted at and made to get down because I was too slow. Never did it say that you needed to be an expert quad driver. The jeep part was ok except one of the women in our jeep vomited, they didn't listen to her when she asked them to drive slowly. The camel ride was a joke. Up and down, no ride at all. In they end they didn't ask us any money while we were there for changing the date so we thought they let that go since they forgot us. They didn't apologize for that either. In the following days they started calling me and sending me messages insulting me until I blocked them because of 10 euros which they never asked for. Forgot to add, during the safari they are really pushy with their cameraman taking photos from up close the entire time which they try to sell you later for 25 euros (almost the price of the trip

Our group of six people was very satisfied and we praise everything about the trip to Egypt and around Egypt, because the guides are top of the top.
